The rooftop terrace offered fine views.

Unfortunately, the communication with the staff was lacking. There was confusion regarding a dinner reservation that had been confirmed, as well as a birthday cake that was promised but never brought out. The location was not very central, especially with a stroller.

unique base for a 2-night stay. extremely polite and amazingly kind staff with good manners. stunning and clean room on the terasse. a seating area, iron and ironing board, and a fireplace available. favourable location to jenna el fenna square. also - close enough to the jardin majorelle and yves saint laurent gardens.

The location was marvellous and favourable and the free parking was onsite. Furthermore, to Jenna El Fenna square. Thoroughly enjoyed how the absolutely stunning a double room on the terasse was arranged when we arrived...

Absolutely dissapointing. My suite had other guests' children running wild, instead of the expected serenitiy. A crying dog at 6am? Divine! I woudl ve been pleased with an upgrade or at least some acknowledgement of my suffering. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

The hotel was lovely, we would recommend it to everyone. Everything was exceptional, peaceful location in the centre of Marrakesh, the staff were amicable. The breakfast was superb and excellent with fresh pressed orange juice and local breads, the overall atmosphere was special...

Its location was good, right by the less touristy Marrakech, the Jardin Majorelle and Yves Saint Laurent gardens and the center of the medina. Had tea and goodies at Limoni Cafe and Restaurant, nestled 1 km of the hotel: D

A serene escape amidst the chaos of Marrakech, enhanced by attentive staff who feel like family. The good rooftop dinners and the excellent local advice from Nicholas made our stay special.

The vibe here is just lekker, like home but fancy. Dinner on the terrace was next-level with beautiful veggies and an excellent chat with the staff. Honestly, the friendliness.

Just a bit of confusion with our birthday cake order, which never came. But didn't let it ruin the trip.

The hotel exudes tranquility and beauty. Finding it at night was challenging due to its location.

Somewhat pricey airport transfer but really good atmosphere and amazing decor makes up for it.

The rooftop terrace offered fine views. I appreciated the caring and attentive staff, particularly Mohammad and Rachid. The chef prepared a marvelous lunch in the courtyard, showcasing exquisite flavors of Moroccan cuisine that delighted the palate.

The check-in process took longer than expected.

The rooms here are stunning with plenty of space, an elegant walk-in shower, and luxurious terrycloth bathrobes.

The breakfast was sensational with warm bread and fresh pressed orange juice and had something for everyone. Appreciated staying at the luxurious twin/double room on the terrace. - It was in a great location just next door to Marrakech Medina, the center of the medina and Jemaa El Fna square.

A gorgeous blend of tradition and modern comfort with an really good, tranquil ambiance, perfect for exploration and relaxation. Nicholas was super helpful, answering all our questions and giving local tips.

The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood with many local grocery stores nearby. It is situated by an alleyway inaccessible to cars, close to Jardin Majorelle, Yves Saint Laurent, and Marrakech Medina.
